Yes — and that’s one of the things our customers love most. We’ll bring your equipment directly to your hotel, Airbnb, or holiday rental in Madrid or Barcelona, and we’ll pick it up when you’re done. Delivery in the city centre is free, and we can also arrange drop-off at airports or cruise ports for a small extra fee. You don’t have to worry about logistics — just tell us where you’re staying, and we’ll handle the rest.

We have a 3-day minimum rental period to make sure everything is set up and worthwhile for you. Many of our customers actually find it easier to book for a week or more, since it gives them flexibility during their stay. If you need to extend beyond your original booking, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans.

For scooters, yes — a refundable deposit equivalent to the value of the item rented is required as they’re high-value items. Deposits are refunded promptly once the equipment is returned in good condition. No hidden surprises.

Yes. While mobility is our main focus, we know many families travel with children. That’s why we also offer strollers, car seats, and travel cribs as add-ons. It’s especially popular with grandparents who are hosting their children and grandchildren in Spain — you can arrange everything in one place, and we’ll deliver the baby gear along with your mobility equipment.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If your flight is cancelled or your schedule changes, just let us know as soon as possible and we won’t charge you anything. However, if our team arrives at your hotel or Airbnb and no one is there — and we haven’t been informed — a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental will apply. Communication is key, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible.

Our rentals have a 3-day minimum period. This helps us cover the costs of offering free delivery and pickup in Madrid and Barcelona. If you decide to return your scooter, wheelchair, or walker before the end of the 3 days, the charge will still be for the 3-day minimum. Many customers find that booking for a little longer also gives them flexibility if plans change.
